Four-bedroom Prestige residences are located just on the idyllic Belvédère slopes. While linked together, they offer complete privacy for a group and have access to the resort’s front desk, spa, restaurant, bar, and valet parking. The Prestige Residences are closer to the ski slopes from their terrace and are more private. Here, guests receive the Ultima Signature Service, which includes a daily ‘skier’s breakfast’ served in their residence by our team, access to our shared shuttle service within Courchevel, a morning and evening housekeeping service and a 24/7 room service menu, plus a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea. All refreshed daily. A ski butler will get the group’s gear ready and await their return from the slopes with warm tea. This resort has a fully equipped luxurious spa, shared between the eight residences of the South Resort.

Our five luxury residences (four 5 bedroom & one 4 bedroom) are found just above the main resort, 200 metres from the idyllic ski slopes. While the residences are connected, they offer complete privacy, with access to our North Resort’s state-of-the-art spa, front desk, and valet parking. Guests receive the Ultima Signature Service, which includes a daily ‘skier’s breakfast’ served in their residence by our team, access to our shared shuttle service within Courchevel, a morning and evening housekeeping service, plus a complimentary minibar with soft drinks, juices, coffee, and tea. A boutique ski store is available on-site for rentals, plus a ski storage area. Please note that there is no room service possible in this area, but our concierge can provide a list of our gastronomy delivery partners in the area. You also have access to our exclusive bar and private dining room in Sud Resort.
